Top Grow Taller Beginner Stretches
There are many grow taller exercises out there, this article goes into detail on how to perform two excellent yoga stretching exercises .
To start with we take a look at the Cobra, this concentrates on the abdominal muscles and front of the hips. The great grow taller benefit you get from this stretch is it as a great counter against rounded shoulders and slouching which can take inches off your height. It also very gently extends your spine backwards.
Lie on a mat, face down, placing your hands directly beneath your shoulders. Slowly and gently push yourself up, you need to make sure that your back remains relaxed pushing up untill you can push no more.
There should no straining, keep within your llimits. Duplicate this process a number of times. When carrying out this stretch make sure you do not tilt your head to far back.
The other grow taller stretching exercise we will cover is called th cat stretch. With the cat you have to get down onto your hands and knees. Make sure your arms are locked. You will now push your back down towards the ground and bring your head up , inhale as you carry this out .
Next you will bend your back upwards, creating an arch exhaling as you do , bringing your head downwards. Everytime you complete this it should last 4 to 9 seconds.
These grow taller stretches have great benefits and once you have mastered them you will find yourself moving on to even greater exercises and find them far easier.
